Chatham Baroque: Les Nations

Music from the Time of Louis XIV and XV
Chatham Baroque welcomes extraordinary guest artists Stephen Schultz (baroque flute), Caroline Giassi (baroque oboe), and Justin Wallace (harpsichord) to form a chamber ensemble that one might find at the palace of Versailles. Featuring the luxuriant music that defines the French national style, including François Couperin’s Les Nations, a sonata for flute and violin by Joseph Bodin de Boismortier, and the troisième pièce of the Pièces de Clavecin en Concert by Jean-Philippe Rameau.
