Chatham Baroque: COVID Safety Policies and Procedures
The procedures adopted by Chatham Baroque are designed to protect our artists, staff and audiences in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within our community. All policies were developed with consideration for recommendations and/or orders from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Governor and Department of Health of Pennsylvania, and the Allegheny County Health Department, as well as best practices being developed in the performing arts industry in the United States and abroad.
We will be joining many of our fellow arts organizations in requiring proof of vaccination for attendance for our 7 program concert series. Additional safety measures include holding our programs in large venues with repeat performances so that we can maximize physical distancing.
Until further notice, the following policies and procedures are in place for all indoor performances:
- Proof of Full Vaccination Required*
All staff, artists, volunteers, and audiences are required to show proof of full vaccination* against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization (WHO). Upon arrival, please present either a copy of your vaccination card or a scan of the card on your mobile phone along with your photo ID
- Masks Required
- Hand Sanitizer will be available at all venues
Chatham Baroque will continue to monitor government and CDC health recommendation and may adjust our protocols as the season progresses.
* Either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of WHO-authorized double-dose vaccines, or that 14 days have passed since receiving the sole dose of WHO-authorized single-dose vaccines.
To request a reasonable exception to the vaccination requirement due to a disability, please write to email@example.com
