East of the River, April 30th: Pittsburgh Theological Seminary COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Pittsburgh Theological Seminary’s COVID-19 safety protocols require that visitors to campus fill out a health questionnaire. Please review the Seminary’s COVID-19 safety protocols, and complete the COVID-19 health questionnaire on Saturday, April 30th prior to your arrival on campus.

If you meet the safety guidelines which include experiencing no COVID-19 symptoms, having been vaccinated, and having had no known, recent exposure to someone with COVID-19, you will receive a green check mark after filling out your questionnaire. If you are able, please be prepared to show the green check mark, on your phone or a printed page, upon your arrival to campus. If you are unable to provide this proof, you will be asked to fill out the questionnaire once you arrive on campus.

You will receive a red X if you don’t meet safety protocols. In that case, please stay or go home to protect our artists, audiences, and yourself. If you believe the red X is a result of accidentally answering a question incorrectly, please resubmit the form or call us at (412) 687-1788.
